About Pear Tree



My name is Holly Partridge and I am a Virtual Assistant and the founder of Pear Tree Business Services.

Pear Tree Business Services was founded in 2019 to assist businesses with their complex administrative process and procedures and to offer a fresh perspective as small businesses do not often have the capacity or the in house skills to do this. 

I have 15 years of administrative experience and have worked in various administrative roles since leaving school. I graduated from University in 2011 with a degree in English Literature and have developed my skills over several years. First, working in Governance roles in Higher Education Institutes and then working in the Logistics Sector as an Account Manager. 

I have extensive experience of minuting Board and other committee meetings and providing administrative support for a variety of meetings including disciplinary, grievances and internal dispute cases. 

I have also redesigned policies and procedures to create efficiencies for businesses and learned the knack for streamlining complex administrative processes. 

Providing excellent customer service and support is at the heart of what I do, I will go above and beyond to ensure that my client is happy and that all projects are finished to an excellent standard.
